TANOSHIRI
Hydrangea Garden
Since 1998, we
have been planting hydrangea plants little by little in the
field behind our country house. As they grow and bloom, the
number of visitors have gradually increased each year. We
enjoy our talk with familiar faces and old friends from back
in the day and share memories in the flower garden.

The garden brings joy to our life after retirement. will
bring them to us.
After retirement, it have been fun for us every day!
We often stay on weekend in this country house (my
birthplace) in a quiet village in the very rural area. It's
just like a get away from the hustle and bustle of a city to
calm cottage in the mountains. The area is dwindling and
there seems more population of wild animals than humans.
From spring to the season of hydrangeas, visitors come here
to see the wildflowers and nature. On this website we would
like to share what's going on in and around our garden.
